Prayers n Confessions

Lying on the bed, you repeatedly asked....
What was my job, but my life was fast

I wanted to speak, but you could never recall
Pain and agony was beginning to brawl
There was so much to attend and complete...
But all the time went in prayers n plead.

40 days... the count will increase
Time will pass and so will this phase
But the grief you've left is hard to heal
I know you are relieved, much better u feel

For your suffering is over and so is your stay
You don't belong to us anymore, your world is away
But I'm bound to wonder if ever I'll be
able to conquer the distance between?

That day when we unite, and all will be the same
Without any worries, like a family we'll remain
That's a thought with some temporary relief
It ain't in our hands, depends on supreme Chief!!
